I'm not a fan, but credit where it's due to Chris Moyles and Dave Vitty.

I know many have a dislike for him. But I do listen to his show and I've been loving the last 38+ of radio & red button coverage. Raising over £1 million is astonishing and they're intending doing 52 hours. Got to hand it to him & Dave Vitty they've pulled out the stops for this one.

So, anyone planning on staying up to see if they make it through the night on the red button? I'm tempted  If they make it to 52 hours it will be some feat...I can't get over how lucid they still are!

As a chronic insomniac who has occasionally gone many hours without sleep I can relate. The last few hours, when they start going a little deranged should be fun (for them too, in my experience).

If I were to promise to beat him to death with a hammer I bet I could raise twice as much. I would do it free I hate him so much but its for charity, come on get your money out.

I thought that Comic Relief was all about trying to help people who were suffering! Had to have some dental treatment a few years back, the dentist and his assistant used to listen to Chris Moyles whilst treating me, and used to find it hilarious. Being subjected to that for half an hour was far more painful than any root canal work I can tell you. The sound of the drill was a blessed relief!

Last of the Summer Wine went on for 37 years without being funny, so he won't get near that record.

Why does everyone hate Chris Moyles? I think he's brilliant, and it was a brilliant thing he did for Comic Relief too. And on a better note, Fit Fearn Cotton donned a skimpy swimsuit too, wahoo!

It is official then. Comic Relief is being followed predominantly by perverts.

They raise 1.8m in 50 hours and a further 600k in 70 mins on the promise of Fearne in a swimsuit. BBC webcam services crashed.

Fat, gobshite, unfunny, arrogant Northern Monkey. At a guess.

And let's not forget that no matter how much he squeals like a stuck pig about how they're put together the listening figures tell us that he's not the best of the breakfast shows..........

Only if the police had concrete evidence.

C'mon, I wouldn't say i'm a fan, but raising £2.4m is worth some respect isn't it? He may be a f*t tw*t most of the time but for the last 52 odd hours I reckon he's redeemed himself a little.

+1 hate the bloke, I heard the 1st 51 hours were a breeze, he struggled for the last 30 mins as he had nothing else to say about himself
