Current job 13 months
Longest job was 7 years 11 months, just one month off the next payout scale when the factory closed, if It'd have stopped open another month I'd have had £800 more redundancy pay

my current employer-nearly 6 years, but i worked for my previous employer for 12 years... that was about 10 years too many
