3 routes for my challenge

I am a member of a committee that raises money for our Community owned and run Village Hall. We are organising a mountain bike challenge and all proceeds go to the hall.
I have done a fair few of these sorts of challenges before and always think of little improvements that could be done. If anyone gets chance, please could you look at my routes and see if they are suitable for the grade advertised. & does anyone have tips/hints of things that are MUSTS at these sorts of events.
