So...has anybody bought anything from CRC recently?

In light of the recent meltdown concerning CRC's alleged security issues, I wondered if anybody had bought anything from them recently using a credit/debit card?

Sad to say but personally it will be a long time before I go anywhere near them again

    I got a Sram redwin cassette from them a little while ago, about 2 weeks? Not had a problem with my account yet.

    (They're currently welcome to try to take funds though, there's nothing in that account!)

    Didn't actually see the CRC thread in here, that may have made me think twice about using them, and I might think twice now.

    yep... A rock loc 4 system... came the next day, and used PayPal with no issues as yet.

    Yep, I used CRC recently - no problems.

    Once they found out about their gaping security holes, they took action to fix them. Now it's OK to use them again. End of. :D

    PS: If my card gets skimmed, I'm going down there with an Uzi. :evil:
