You're kidding, right? I know that magazines always seem to get published before their actual cover date but is the June issue really already out on March 15th - strewth!
So, is that the June 2011 or the June 2012 issue?

Yje article was a bit deep and not sure I want to take the suppliments they suggest for my age.
These mag have way too much differing advice in them if I fillowed it allI would be on 30 tablets a day, doing several different training schedules, using power meters and all the products they are paued for to evaluate

sadly nothing, didnt even get to keep the streaky shorts.
Still 3 hours banging round the red sprinting every 4th lap was a good mornings training.0
