Want a new road bike to train on and commute on..........what do you suggest/recommend?Want to replace my old hybrid which has worked well up to now,and don't want to hammer my tt bike(Focus).............done a few tri's in last 5 years so reasonably fit and capable, although many would doubt both of these points!!Seen a Kuota Kebel and also Boardman bikes.................let me know please

If you ran a website/magazine would you not give a bike a good review if the company in question gave you money for advertising?

Boardman are decent enough bikes. But if you can afford it you get something a bit more exclusive like the Kharma, or maybe pinarello, Cervello .

Boardman is a good value for money bike - I paid the extra and went for the wow factor of the kuota - but thats personal choice.

    ^^^^^ agree with this.

    Kuota or Boardman?

Not even worth asking the question IMO - the Kuotas (Kharmas, Kebel, Kredos, Kom etc) are all stunning looking bikes and compared to the Boardman, on looks alone, are in a different league (they ride well too!)
  • I'll take a closer look at the Kuota
