Shimano br-r505 disc brake issue

Hey..
I've got a 2009 Focus Mares Disc which came with some shimano br-r505 disc brakes.

The thread has worn on the pad adjustment bolt so I can no longer move the inside pad towards the brake.

Ive found a couple of teccy documents ...

But unsure if I'm actually going to be able to take the caliper apart enough to be able to remove the offending bolt..

There doesnt seem to be anyone selling any parts for the calliper, just the full calliper. So do I need to replace the whole thing??

Any advice welcomed...
