are 'Planet X' and 'On-One' the same company?

hi all

i ordered a new fork the other day from on-one and have just had a delivery text saying your planet x delivery is coming.

after having a look on the planet x website they are both practically the same.

are planet x the road bike devision of the on-one company?

just a bit confused lol

    Pretty much. I think they say they are 'sister' companies. Maybe Planet X owns On-One? Or they just branched out but wanted a different brand name...
