Anyone going tonight?

I am looking forward to it!

Bit of a newbie question but other than cycling clothing and helmet is there anything i should take?
What shoes are advisible?

    any comfy pair of trainers is ok or cycling shoes with either keo delta or spd-sl cleats. spd-sl will clip into the delta pedals ok but theres slightly more sideways "float" movement than normal

    make sure u dont forget your gloves

    arm/leg cover is advisable at first but not compulsory...just dont fall down

    This is too late for advice tonight but I've seen someone get away with spd-sl cleats and I've also seen another coach have a right go at someone for trying to get away with it.
