new headset to go with new fork?

i have ordered a new fork in the form of a RS Recon Gold RL solo air with montion control and alloy 1 - 1/8" steerer, and was thinking should i get a new headset to go with it when i install it?

my current headset is a OM Cane Creek Integrated headset, and is 5 years old now.

i was looking at the UNO headset from superstar components:

if my bike came with an integrated headset would the UNO fit?

also, what is the usual charge for fitting the cups?

no you would need an integrated headset.

which does not have cups.

any good headsets out there for £30ish?

well often just the bearings.

see what you have and replace.
