Screw size on XTR cassette

Hi there.

Can anyone tell me the size of the screws used on the XTR cassette- the ones that join the biggest cog to the second biggest (smallest gears). I've lost a bolt (more like a washer) from one of them and rather than take the whole thing apart, I'll get hold of a replacement bolt.

I can't get the screw out or the other bolts off though to see the size of it.

    what year cassette?

    Frame is mid 90s but components are more recent- I'm not totally sure what year the cassette is from though.

    US Pat number is: 4268259 (the 8 could be a 3).
