Fixed gear wheels for a commuter project - help me choose!

Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience or opinions on these wheels?

I was originally going to get these but they're more cash for more weight and despite looking nice I'm not convinced on the quality...

I'm stripping and painting a (currently unidentified) 1970s looking steel frame and will post up a build thread with pictures once the bike is complete :D
