i would normally have to work that day in my current job but i am already on leave so i will celebrate the day by having a long lie in and sitting on the sofa in my pants.

    should be a good day.

It's in April. I have April off uni anyway.
  • Ah great, a huge waste of tax payer money is going to be celebrated by some people who are lucky to be where they are, and they serve no purpose.

    Sounds amazing.

I'm going to take the day off and listen to my favourite song all day. "Because we want to" by Billie Piper.

Either that, or, I dunno, ride or something.

Ooh, on second thoughts, it's only a few miles up the road isn't it? I might rent a massive telephoto lens, and sell the pictures for big bucks.

Just because you're in Austria, and don't get to join in with the fun :P

I'm not sure where I'll be on that day. Hopefully I'll get a decent ride in though :D

I'm in a "crap" job where we have to work bank hols but we get doubletime so I get paid whilst all the sad feckers are in traffic jams trying to get to the seaside :D
  • Well, although I would normally be off, I've decided instead to be smart about it.

I'll be working the surrounding bank hols on loan to another team. I'll be getting double time for it and working from home.

Then I've booked off all the days inbetween :D

Just hope the Royals have booked some good weather for the surrounding weeks.
