re-greasing headset bearings

hi guys,jus bought a second hand crhis king headset and want to re-grease the bearings before i fit it,whats the best grease for the job?

    something like either grease with teflon or waterproof (marine) grease

    i have some of the red teflon grease also got some lithium grease for doing a cv joint on the car just trying to choose between the two :?

    I use finish line teflon grease if thats of any use to you! :)
