What to lube / grease after riding through deep streams?

Yesterday on a ride we had to cross some deep streams where the water was way over the hubs and half way up the front forks.
Apart from cleaning and lubing the drive train what else do I need to do? I assume the hub bearings will be sealed and OK, but what about the bottom bracket bearings and pedal spindle bearings? The pedals are Wellgo MG1s.

All of those should be sealed - if not they're already FUBARd.
Just wash, dry and re-lube the bike as normal.
Turn the bike upside down so that any residual water that may have crept into the frame tubes is expelled out past the seatpost.0 -
Thanks, I didn't think about turning the bike upside down. Good tip.0
