WTB Laser TCS rims

I was having a set of wheels built with 28h Mavic 819s, except Mavic are playing the silly arse about supplying the rims. I am now looking for an alternative; don't want to use Stan's as I don't trust non-eyeletted rims. Before I settle on DT rims and getting the drill out, does anyone have any experience of WTB TCS rims, and what work do they need to run tubeless?
