i'm stuck in a conference for help the aged or something like that trying not to fall asleep, i'm thinking that i would much rather be at home cleaning and checking over my bike and then going for a quick blast around cwmcarn.

Yep, would rather be at home, cleaning the Cakemobile. A winter of muddy bikes and a very exciteable muddy dog have taken their toll on the interior.0
