Dodgy capewrath series 2?

Looking for my stolen capewrath series 2 and I've found this....it's not mine but whoevers got this bike clearly doesn't know alot about bikes....they describe the hydraulic lock as ''ON/OFF suspension''.....and it's been listed as ''capewrath mountain bike''....very dodgy feeling....
