Decent Cleat Bolts?

Howdi,

Ive just switched to road shoes from MTB shoes, so ive spent a lot of time fiddling with cleat position. The problem is, the bolts that came with my look Delta cleats are crap, rounding off already.

Anyone know of decent long lasting hardware?
