Decent Cleat Bolts?

Howdi,
Ive just switched to road shoes from MTB shoes, so ive spent a lot of time fiddling with cleat position. The problem is, the bolts that came with my look Delta cleats are censored , rounding off already.
Anyone know of decent long lasting hardware?
