mine contained fried egg, some mushrooms and a couple of sausages. a decent slug of tabasco and i was good to go.

sugar and lemon curd. I was in the about to put in the first spoonful of batter, when I realised I had no lemon juice.
Lemon Curd is a poor mans substitute imo. Never mind. Munched 4 of them down.

i dont mind a sweet pancake but savoury is my weapon of choice most of the time.0

I suppose it's the same mixture that makes yorkshire puddings, so there's no reason it wouldn't be good with savoury stuff. I favour savoury most the time too.It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.
