Bike Purchase advice

Hi,
I’ve been commuting the 6 miles to work for a year now on an old beat up MTB with slicks. Time has come to upgrade to more suited bike.
I’m looking for something that can take the knocks, speedy, agile and hard wearing. One 1/2 mile section is a paved farm road and is sometimes covered in mud etc ending in a cobbled section before going over a bridge.
I’ve narrowed it down to these bikes in order of preference.
Ridgeback Flight 04
Ridgeback Flight 03
Charge Mixer 8
Ghost Speedline 5700
Your advice is appreciated,
Thanks.
