How long shoud I wait?
I have had a cold for over a week, raced on Sunday and felt terrible. Now my chest is producing lovely phlegm. Should I wait until that has stopped before riding, or will a short blast on the turbo be ok?

The rule of thumb is that any symptoms below the neck then you should rest until they disappear. Any symptoms above the neck means its usually fine to exercise at moderate intensity, however should you feel worse when exercising either reduce intensity or head home.0
