You running Win7? Right click the file, choose properties, then "previous versions".0

I am unable to offer any forms of help, but I can tell you this:
That happened to me after spending literally all day typing away at a paper for School, and had not yet saved it (very dumb decision to work for 11 hours without saving), but then the power cut out. I lost all 30 something pages I had done, and missed the deadline. but the good thing is my professor experienced the power cut as well, and gave me a few days to get it back.0 -
Puts my anger at deleting my Mess Effect 2 save file by mistake (15 hours) into perspective. Hoping you can save the workFormally known as Coatbridgeguy0

He even went so far as to call the National Grid guys, and still didn't apologise when they confirmed it.0 -

Oh man, that's harsh. Some people really have no idea about how to deal with people!0 -
I assume you were testing it periodically with ctrl return, if so the swf can be decompiled. Check out the torrents for sourctec swf decompiler. There is a version that will even decompile and create a .flaThe dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.0 -

Reminds me of when I was 9 and somehow managed to lose the save game for my pokemon yellow in gameboy. I had pikachu at level 94, it was soo annoying. I never played the game again because it upset me so much and I used to be so proud of that game, I got it from the states before it was out here.0 -

Sorry to hear that, I've had problems like that with my job too.
Flash is a royal pain even at the best of times, go 3d and learn 3dsMax instead Seriously though, I seem to remember Premier having some sort of auto backup files. Maybe flash has too now that it's an adobe product (bit of a stretch, I know)0
