    Uber mega stealth class.

Shame that they changed the lovely understated 2006-2009 Mortirolo colourways to the gash ones on the later models.
  • about your time iclics, do you find that your feet can easily slide around when clipped in? (slide around as in ready to unclip out of the pedal?)

nice bike though, i was gonna get a mortirolo, but then found that i didn't have enough money :(

I have mixed feelings on the iclicks.

When I first got them I sometimes feel fery loose in the pedal but this is due to a miss alignment. Just popping it in and out would reseat the cleat and all would be well.

THere is a lot of very smooth float. I like this. If you don't like that movement then they may not be for you.

The cleats wear very fast. If you use them to commute then you'll wreck them in no time stopping at lights and walking to and from bike.

When clipped in correctly they are rock steady and provide a great platform. But the wear issues and unreliable cleat engagement annoys me.
  • thanks, i just tried setting it all up again (at 10pm  ) feels a bit better, i'll take some more time over it next weekend.

i've only just got mine, like a week ago, and i've barely walked around in the cleats, which feel HUGE, and they're already wearing out a little bit. oh well.

besides, i got them primarily because i had knee pains. and cus they were only £45 brand new on ebay with cleats :)

The Q factor dot is easy to miss on Time cleats.

    THIS. LOOKS. AWESOME.

Not seen a blue/black mortirolo. Super pimped too. me like.

distributors replace my 08 model with a 10 model. Preferred the old style.

    Nice job.

    @hecfoto

Your post makes me sad. I had that colourway but mine went sour. It was so cream that I traded it in for a new (not as good looking) 2010 version. Bad move but I hated the blotchiness of the paint. Plus a new 2 year warranty 8)

As this is turning into a homage to the mortirolo. Here's mine. A far cry from the blingtastic mortirolo's above.

Wilier f'd up the colour scheme didn't they.

Although i do like the 2008 color scheme a little better, a new bike with 2 year warranty is always nice. And my bike is also a little more cream than what the photo shows : )
