hi everyone

just joined this forum and woundered if you could help me solve my problem

i have sand and water in them how can i get it out

    You wil have to strip them down and give them a good clean and re-lube.What model are they.

    If they have water and sand in them they are probably history, at the very least you'd need to change seals etc.
