What is the item and what is the question?
I've found ebay to be brilliant lately. Both the XT BB and SRAM PG980 (from different ebay shops) were the cheapest I could find online, both had super cheap or free postage and both came within 2 days of being ordered.0 -

Found a similar bike online, but want to be sure of the full spec from the horses mouth.
Just seems hard on ebay to ask questions or report basic stuff - there doesn't seem to be an option to report something for not being as described ie wrong spec or just plainly fabricated description.0 -
I wouldn't bother ordering anything from Rutland they're terrible to deal with. Everything takes too long too come i.e two weeks for a jersey and they don't carry much stock either.
They do however answer the phone, but the people on the other end can vary from disappointing to very knowledgeable.
