I usually ride on roads but have recently got into cyclo-cross and am keen to start racing next season. I love it, but have a few questions and skills to sort out. Are there any coaching crash courses or similar that I can go on for a day / wknd etc? where I can get some good tips to get me going?
I seriously need them, as my bruised bum would tell you.
Thanks

More for MTB than cyclocross but www.getmountainbiking.co.uk are good but you don't say where in the country you are (GMB are mostly in Beds / Northants area)My Website - Trail Centre info for the UK: MTB Trail Time0

I did an MTB skills course here: http://www.mountainbikeskillscourses.co ... ationa.asp last year. I was starting from a minimal level of skills and experience and the beginners course was great. I fall off a lot less now. If you're experienced on the road you may be happy to skip to a higher level straight away.0
