Cycle Rack Straps ????

Hi does anyone know where i can get 2 straps from for my homemade bike rack the strap needs to be minimum 3 ft, must have the coated soft attchment to hook onto the tailgate see pics below. Iv tried lots of places but they dont have the same fittings, the strap shown is one from a paddy hopkirk 2 cycle carrier (my mates rack) ideally i need the same as this is what iv built my rack using.

been to any shops that sell racks?

try it as they do sell spares. and a place that sell PH stuff y be a good strat.
