Marzocchi Roco R 2009 Which Spring???

I have a Roco R 2009 on my bike. At the moment the spring it too stiff for me, it is a 400lbs spring. I weigh about 55kg. Which spring should I get?

    put your details into a spring calc. Mojo and TFTuned have one each and see what it says.
