Giant would recommend a Large but I'd advise you to go to a store and try them out for size as you're on the borderline between Medium and Large.
FWIW, I'm 6' and ride a Large Trance X. RockMonkeySC on here is pretty much the same height and rides a Medium.::'11 Pitch Pro::0 -
I'm 6' and ride an 18" Trance but I am between sizes & could just as comfortably ride the 20".
I test rode the Trance X & Reign and the sizing is the same for both. Personally I prefer the feel of the smaller frame, easier to throw about. I have a mate who is the same height as me and rides an 18" Trance X as well. and he gets away with the standard 350mm seat post where I have changed mine for a 400mm post.
You probably need a test ride on the 18" & 20". Might be worth having a test ride on the Trance X as well, they feel pretty similar downhill but the trance is lighter and rdes up hill better.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I'm 5'11" and tested a Med (18") and a Large (20") 2010 Reign 0 a couple of weeks back. Both fit me nicely, but it was very much borderline between Med and Large. Post is a little higher on the M and a little lower on the L. Both of them well within acceptable limits though.
I'd say for the sake of the extra 1" in height, you'd probably be more on the side of the L, but the M would be more "chuckable" when going downwards.0 -
Have to say that with a 75mm stem on my Large it feels no less chuckable than the Medium I demo'd last year with its 100/110mm stem... In fact I can actually get the saddle lower as I can get away with running a shorter seatpost.::'11 Pitch Pro::0

Try them out if you can - two people at 6ft can still have markedly different leg and arms lengths.0
