Puncture in the rear wheel of my wife's Boardman hybrid which has disk brakes. Repaired the puncture and refitting the wheel but the disk brake now pinching the disk so stopping it from rotating freely. Disk brake is elixir. Help please as she wants to ride tomorrow morning!

Thanks

push the pistons home and reset the pistons.

make sure the wheel is seated correctly in the drop outs.

Shove a tyre lever inbetween the brake pads and wiggle it until there's a bigger gap than before (avoid metal screwdrivers as they can mark the pads)

Place bike on it's wheels and undo the quick release mechanism, give bike a wiggle to make sure the wheel is sitting correctly into the frame/forks (dropouts), and retighten.

To recap, either the wheel isn't seated in the dropouts as before, or someone pulled the brake lever while the wheel (and disc) were out the frame, if the latter, you need to push the pads (and pistons) back, refit wheel and squeeze the lever a couple of times to reset the brakes.
