how do i adust the height of my handlebars

hi everyone,
Im new on here, so not sure how the forum works but i need a little help.

i just bought this bike

i need help on how to adust the handle bar height

Ignore what I said earlier you can adjust the height of that type of stem. You need to loosen the hex bolt at the top of the stem, if it doesn't loosen the stem tap the top of it with a bit of wood (so not to mark it), then raise it to the required height, line up the stem with the front wheel and tighten the hex bolt again.
