Based on 5 years of getting bits and pieces of clothing...

Endura - hit and miss brand, stuff is usually too warm, doesn't wick. Expensive for what it is. Their old FS260 Pro shorts used to be fantastic but the current version is not.

Lusso - good value, basic stuff does not disappoint

Assos - too expensive but usually really nice

Gore bikewear - Usually more costly than Endura ( but often on sale - I usually wait and look out ) but much better. I have lots of items of Gore Bikewear "Windstopper" stuff and it is all good.

Aldi and Lidl - tights don't fit, LS Jerseys too warm/don't wick. Good socks and base layers

Specialized - Gloves only. Price wise in the Endura/Gore area. Good fit and design but fall to bits too quick

    Campagnolo - expensive, looks good

So there you have it. Pretty much almost every brand mentioned as the best.

ASSOS but only if you can get it on special, otherwise 80% of my kit is DHB from wiggle, excellent value

+1 I treat myself to a few things from Assos then by dhb for day to day use.
