Thanks to another post on here I ordered a Gore Phantom II jacket from PBK.

The confirmation email is timed yesterday at 1359.

The jacket arrived in this morning's post.

I have never had a quicker order in 10 years of ordering (lots of) stuff from the web.

BIG thumbs up to PBK.

Lucky you. Both my recent orders from PBK have arrived 3 days after placing the order.

PBK are great. But, I've NEVER had an order from Prendas take more than one day.

At the moment no matter who I order from if it's delivered via Royal Mail it'll take up to two weeks to be delivered after been posted. I'm having to check before ordering anything to see who it'll get delivered by and not ordering if it's Royal Mail.

    PBK used Royal Mail yesterday.

It arrived on the same delivery as some shorts and a jersey for my son ordered from Ribble on Wednesday.

Both quick and a lot easier than the 50 mile round trip to get to a LBS with decent selection.

Yes well fast on delivery, love their weekly deals, fantastic. Returns are a tad more protracted from my experience, hope you never have to use it or the ebay outlet

They definitely need to improve their returns service, including the over use of blue bags
