  • Wet and Windy? Really?
Bright sunshine and calm seas here my friend BOOYAH!

Today I will be reclaiming my man-cave!

You see, since I got rid of the Mmmbop and was left only with the commuter, my man-cave has been woefully under-used. This has resulted in a slow, but steady ingress of junk into said cave. Starting with a couple of the boxes from christmas that would not go in the bin, and moving on from there.
Sadly, it now looks like this:

A large portion of today may well be spent breaking down boxes and making numerous trips to the tip so I can set it back up again pending arrival of the new bike in the next couple of weeks.

    Before all that though......Bacons!

It's grey and cloudy in the south so I suspect a bit of rain at some point....

  • Congrats CWNT, sounds like a good situation!

My day has just gotten alot better, i've gone and raised hell at my phone shop for farking me over this month and charging me 300 for services I didn't even know I had. End result, I get all the cash back from them other than my normal bill, but that goes out of my bills for next 5 months, and still have to pay the huge bill this month. But it's better than nothing, at least it frees up an extra 60 a month to pay for bike shit!

Today I have put some Helitape on my Cube. Well, I put it on the Recon lowers, I'll try the downtube another time as the clouds were getting very dark. I also need to redo one of the legs, as I'm not happy with it.
I've then been on the hunt for some M6 washers to put on the chain device on my Blender. I bought some M4 (doh!) the other day from a little hardware shop, old school style, for 20p (for 10). I went into B&Q today. £2.98 for 10. Robbin bar stewards! Turns out my Dad has a box full of different sized ones, so I'll see if there's any that'll fit.

    As you were.
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Horrible morning today. The other lads decided late last night that they were going into work today but forgot that I have the site box keys.... Cue phone going mad 6am this morning. >:/

After getting up, dressed and meeting them to hand the keys over I struggled to get back to sleep. Ending up nodding off again at around 9:30 and didn't wake up till 2:30pm, cheers boys.

Good Evening. Spent most of the day shopping, and now I'm just waiting for hair dye to hopefully work and I'll be back to being a brunette, reading a F1 mag whilst it cooks.

Oh and fillet steak for tea = WIN!

    Oh Hai!

Been a good day - spent the morning riding the XTC around the Vale & Cardiff Bay. Afternoon's involved a bit of shopping and wearing out the dog with a new ball launcher thingymabob.

Grandson's just arrived, so chaos and pandamonium for the next couple of hours.

Curry for tea, then a film methinks.

    Good afternoons bike people.

Today started with a slight hangover, after the hangover had mostly gone I had a lovely cup of tea and pretended to do some work to avoid talking to my cuntish flatmate, in the process of pretending I actually did some real work too, a bonus. I then had some lunch. Next I decided to play COD. Currently it is annoyingly laggy so I'm about to get on with some more work. Later I'll be playing COD again with the nice flatmates. Such an exciting life.

Tomorrow will be filled with some work and a trip to the dinghy show.
