new to road biking

looking for a cycling buddy for long rides, speeds from 15-18 mph

I don't nag or show off, but encourage..

male and females welcome

East london meet up for 60+ mile trips

    You could try joining a club. Dulwich Paragon is a fair way from you but people on their rides come rom way up in north London. The Sat morning ride is about 35 miles I think (from Cystal Palace) an splits into 3 groups, you could try the fast group and if that's too fast drop back to the medium. They're very well attended, up to 70 riders sometimes...

    Paragon do longer rides too on a Sunday - 60/70 miles

    the Sunday Paragon ride is faster than 15-18mph though, more like 18/19mph over 60 odd miles...
