Avid Bleed PDF or Video

Hi,
I'm planning on bleeding my Juicy 3's this weekend and have downloaded their PDF bleed guide and watched the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzZkEIrCBJ0
The two guides differ slightly in the order of the bleed and the method. Does anyone have recommendations on which one should be followed? The method shown in the video appears more logical.
Thanks.

We followed the video and have had no issues (2 bikes both with Juicy's at both ends).
