Combining MTBing with my family hols

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you could tell me where I might be able to take the family for an Alpine holiday where the family (wife and two kids under five) will be able to enjoy easy tag-a-along friendly riding but which also offers enjoyable XC & DH riding for me?
Ideally we'd like to use some form of uplift service (it's hard work cycling uphill with a tag-a-along behind!). The kids are too little to use a regular chairlift but telecabines should be no problem.
Any ideas greatly appreciated....
