I have to do a 20 mile run in the morning, marathon training. Not looking forward to it. Sunday over the forest for a walk probably. In between that it's the usual stuff plus a sink that needs unblocking...deep joy.0 -
I have a rare saturday off, so will try and get out on the bike as the commute in yesterday really shoowed up how my fitness I have lost, will be able to try out my new helmet and gloves so that's a bit more motivation.0

Finally getting the roadbike Whispered tomorrow morning. If I decide to ride back AND make it home before midnight*, I should then rediscover the joys of Sunday morning running, with a greasy fry-up brekkie at the end

already started as I have a long weekend just been for a ride out to around windsor ish with the club, found new cafe, lots of silly talk plus tea and fry up.

Lots of long, hard rides are what you need CW. I find Sunday mornings are best. You feel tired at the end, but have all day to recover.
