Putative brother in law introducing himself, turning up tonight with the Sis-in-law. May rack up the saddle height on the wifes Curbside and see if I can make the fecker puke over a couple of steep climbs.

    Hehe!

I have to do a 20 mile run in the morning, marathon training. Not looking forward to it. Sunday over the forest for a walk probably. In between that it's the usual stuff plus a sink that needs unblocking...deep joy.

I have a rare saturday off, so will try and get out on the bike as the commute in yesterday really shoowed up how my fitness I have lost, will be able to try out my new helmet and gloves so that's a bit more motivation.

I believe I have nothing to do this weekend,

However, I believe Mission Control will be redeploying me to fix lots of things that are perfectly serviceable as they are (for a bloke).

Finally getting the roadbike Whispered tomorrow morning. If I decide to ride back AND make it home before midnight*, I should then rediscover the joys of Sunday morning running, with a greasy fry-up brekkie at the end :)

*Every time I've been over to Ealing I've managed to get lost on the way back, despite paper maps with the route highlighted in very bright colours

    At last!

Lots of long, hard rides are what you need CW. I find Sunday mornings are best. You feel tired at the end, but have all day to recover.

And you can banish Babygirl to being just a commuting steed until you realise you prefer to ride the roadbike to work so the hybrid gets sold to finance a new carbon TT bike!
