Hope hubs - how do cassettes stay on?

I've only dealt with Shimano hubs so far and those use a centrelock sort of ring to hold the cassette onto the hub. How do other hubs like Hope hubs do this? Same method or will I need a different tool?

    But Hope only recommend ally cassette carriers on their standard feehub bodies. This is because the standard Hope freehub body is ally and a steel cassette may damage it.
