  • Morning.

Feeling rather depressed, let-down and a few other things all rolled into one. A reading on BR is helping a bit though

It's a combination of quite a few things. I got jewed out by the ticket checkers on the underground system in Vienna, my ticket was expired for 1 minute as I was walking out of the station. They should have just said hey be a bit quicker next time to get out, but they slapped me with a 140euro fine.

Received a bill for my 2 phones, and was charged 300 euros extra for the delivery reports. There is a program my provider downloads to phones that lets you see current costs on your account, and for the entire month it showed my normal monthly bill amount. Turns out, they just want the cash, so don't put it into the billing system until the bill is due. Had no idea what-so-ever that my bill was any more than the 60 I normally pay.

Those 2 bills have made it so I can not afford to fix my forks, and have had to cancel my bike trip for the summer with a bunch of family members and friends, because by the time we leave I would have 20 euros to pay for a week of hotel and food.

And on top of that, having problems with the mrs, not doing something she said she would. That has left me in a very sticky situation as well, but that's more private.

All in all, yesterday was shit.

That doesnt sound like the best of days to be honest!

Can you fix you forks yourself? The holdiay thing sounds bummed out which isnt good, sorry about that!!

I had a barny with my mrs on wednesday night and then thursdays drive in was awkward as hell, but its all good. She is just a pain in the ass sometimes without knowing it! think the saying is
men need women like a fish needs a bicycle

It's just the ATA cartridge inside that is stuck down, which would need me to dismantle the whole thing and attempt to fix it. I have no idea where to get the tools I need, or the o-rings needed to fix it. With my luck, i'd destroy the whole forks haha.

Yeah dude, almost wish I hadn't gotten married, I'd have a smaller flat, less bills, and still have a car motorbike and quad sitting in the drive :( Problem is that things have been going on with the mrs for a while, almost wanna be a bachelor now.

i'm getting married next year, i mean we are all good but she doesnt understand my bikes, but at the end of the day she's a keeper in more ways than one so if i have to slim down my bikes then i will (not the good ones, and maybe only to make space for a hardtail) but i hear it all the time about people wanting to be bachelors.

As long as i dont get pussy whipped then it'll all be good, i have started putting my foot down about things, and actually getting what i want without it turning in to an arguement, especially as i will always be the bread winner in the house!

    Good Morning Freaks!

Another cold ride in this morning, with a stupidly strong headwind. Starting to feel the month I've had off the bike.

Going to hopefully do a couple of reasonable distance rides over the weekend to build up my stamina, suppleness.

Apart from the, looking forward to 16:30 and the ride home.

    Laters...

Morning all, slept from about 6 yesterday evening to 8 this morning. It was so nice.

Off to uni in a bit, lectures seem pointless today so going to revise some anatomy before I have to poke animals again later and dissect something.

Anyway laters, need to get some tea before I go anywhere.

Today is full of MEH!! Had a huge row with the lass last night which resulted in me getting an hour sleep on the sofa and waking up to her telling me she doesn't see the point in us being together anymore... Fun fun fun

There are always the ones who are willing to work with you, but unfortunately my wife is proving to be one of the ones who only wants it her way, with no chance of compromise. She complains about literally everything. It's as big a problem for her when she sees a few crumbs on a table 2 seconds after i've eaten as it is when I spend any money on something for me.

That's one thing i'm slowly learning about women in Austria. For some reason this country is completely obsessed with saving every penny you have. If it was up to my wife, when we need something it wouldn't actually be bought because saving is more important. It doesn't matter if it something small, or an oven breaks, she wants to save the cash instead.

But enough of my bitching for today. Top gear and The Italian Job are in order, so just going to watch those and dope about.

    Morning all.

Friday so it's work/bike/work. Followed by painting the Blackhawk.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

No, no, no. You've got it wrong.

You're supposed to say "Morning all, I'm feeling grumpy"

Then we all say "What about the other 6 dwarves?"

I've been regretting getting married since the event 2 years ago :? I figured I'd got to 40 never married so why change things. We'd been together 12 years anyway. She promised things would change if we were married and they did.....and not for the better :(
