    Well it reads to me like JV behaved very badly and tried to play a game on TL using selected releases of information. It's certainly a very interesting read.

    Let me take a crack at it.

    - Both parties in a contractual dispute have presented / leaked their positions to the media over the past few weeks, with their positions posited as the "true acount" of events

    - Both sides regard themselves as the injured party

    - The two accounts don't match.

    - Lawyers will make some money from this
