Looking at these two lovely bikes and can't make my mind up !!

Moda is stretching the budget but looks to me at least like a cracking bit of kit, to make matters more difficult I can get the Cube at a small discount off the new 2011 price.... is the extra for the Moda worth it ?

This will be my return to road cycling since a 10 year gap but have kept cycling in-between, a couple of things making me nervous, is the geo on the Moda pretty race orientated and will it take a bit of getting used to Vs the Cube which has a less agressive set up, especially seeing as I will be using it for weekend rides and charity / sportive rides and not racing ?

Thanks for your input

Henry

I voted for the Cube. Decent groupset, comfortable and responsive, got me around a 100 miler no problem.

Best to ride them both before deciding what's best for you!

I've had a stretto for a year now, don't be fooled by the race set up it's very comfortable
, mines ultegra compact and it's much lighter than bikes costing a lot more cash, go for it!
  • Thanks for the feedback so far, I have ridden the Cube and was pretty happy with the feel and set up but..... the Moda has me thinking especially with the wheel and other parts to it the only problem I have is I can't find anywhere local to me that has it in stock in my size ?
  • Hi, do you mind sharing how you can save on the Cube? Looking at getting one myself and would love to save a few £££ if possible. Thanks
