Just bought a Thomson layback seatpost and having trouble getting the angle/pitch of my Ragley cheeky saddle alligned. Had the saddle on an On-One Twelfty which uses the same clamping design with no probs but on the Thomson I cant seem to get the seat angle as level as I would like (ie. the nose of the saddle is a few degrees up and i'm running out of thread to bring it down and level)...Anyone got one of these that can offer any advice? Or am I being a total spanner and doing something fundamentally wrong!?!?

Cheers...

I was a total spanner when I bought my first Thomson post and had the clamp on back to front (which in fairness, is quite an easy mistake to make!).

Have you tried swinging it round the other way?
