After listening to Wiggins, I can now only think of them as Def Leppard.
I even looked them up on Wikipedia.

I passed that on to a friend who is a big heavy metal fan but not of cycling. Thought it would amuse!

Just another item added to the list of Things I have Learned By Following Pro-Cycling.

Although I can now only think of the Schlecks, Spartacus Jens et al head-banging in their leather jackets.

Come to think of it, Stuart O'Grady is probably already there.

The Def Leppard Team it is.

As an aside, I wonder how the French pronouce Sky? Ski, as it would be if French or do they use our pronunciation?

I wonder what they do with Kennaugh. Even the Brits don't seem to know for sure.

The very Manx Kennaugh name (pronounced locally Kenyuck) is often pronounced off Island Kennow or Kennoff.

I wonder if Kenyuck can sit at the seashore and command the Tides.???

    Does it really matter?

I think saying leeeooo-pard is much cooler than saying leppard.
