Rollers

Should I get plastic or metal rollers, is there any difference?
I'm thinking Tacx antares or CycleOps PVC, anybody have any experience with these?

    I have some Tacx antares. Bought them when they first came out and had issues with the end caps and bearings making some awful noises. Tacx sorted them out due to incorrect tolerances used during manufacture. They have been fine since but i don't feel the quality is very good. Wish i'd bought some Elite.

    Not many local shops stock rollers but it's worth seeing different models in the flesh before buying (if possible) as they look much nicer and better quality online!
