Just checked, nothing on the eurosport site (as far as I can see anyway) but a tp site says not. Biathlon world champs are on though, so I doubt they'd bump that bunch of dopers' world champs for a different bunch of dopers' smaller race.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

Its a little bit confusing to be honest.
RCS say it will be live "internationally" but cant seem to find anywhere with it scheduled in..
I know there is a 1 hour highlights package on Rai Sport 2 that I will cap and put on Cyclingtorrents.nl0 -
Universal Sports in the US shows Biathlon, X-Country, and Speedskating all weekend.
Hopes raised and once again dashed.0 -

Crikey, that is an amzing finish. Windy and tight, love it...
If i was Boonen, Cancellara, Hausller or hushovd (or any classics specialists) ...I would be very worried. Gilbert is looking VERY strong!0 -

Pfft, it's a long way to April.0 -
They have what, 3 weeks of training time? Thats not long.....0

I beg to differ.
Even at MS-R you don't want to be firing at any more than 90% if you want to peak for De Ronde.
A month is a very long time to hold peak 1 day form.0 -
Very true. I seem to remember reading that 5-6 weeks is about as long as anyone can hold for for.
I guess the question is we should be asking is; is Gilbert peaking to early? Has he peaked yet? I'm not sure...it wasnt just his form that won the strade bianchi...his bike handling in the last few hundred meters won it for him.
Cannot wait for april! All this racing is not helping me write my dissertation!!!0 -

Hah! I planned in watching the classics when I wrote my dissertation...
Anyway:
I suspect Gilbert's base is stronger than last year. I also suspect he will be in better form for De Ronde, and as a result, might lose out a little come Liege. Then again, he's a guy who can hold that 90% form for a long time, so it's tricky. With a few more races under everyone's belt, (MS-R, E3, Dwars door Vlaanderen, etc) we'll be able to make a more informed judgement. Right now it's all conjecture.0 -
It's on again at 18.30 apparentlyBianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!
I RIDE A KONA CADABRA -would you like to come and have a play with my magic link?0 -
i fast forwarded to the last 5 minutes as soon as i heard the commentator."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0

All this talk of 'form' and 'peaks' is tedious - it must've been great back in the day when the top riders simply rode as hard as they could and tried to win/do well in every race they entered. I blame van Petegem for this trend towards specific objectives/narrow specialism! Most top riders probably 'race' less than 10 days a year these days - the rest is training/tapering!!!0
