Scott ransom broken seat stay

Hi folks,
I'm new on here. I bought a second hand Scott Ransom 10 2008 and have ridden it for about a month. I was cleaning it tonight and discovered a broken carbon seat stay.
Anybody know how easy these are to replace. How much they cost? and where I can get one? Has anybody got one second hand?
