First time at CYB, so which route?

Hi Guys,

I'm heading to Coed y Brenin this Monday, for the first time, and wondered which will be the best route for me? I have average fitness, but low technical ability.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Cyflym Coch to start off with, short and give you a rough idea of what to expect, doesnt have any rocky sections though from what I can remember.
