Very Intense riding on your own against the clock on an ordinary road Bike when all these time trial machines are going past you at pace ( not putting down there fitness
levels).Very much enjoyed myself, will be doing another one soon .See if i can talk the wife into letting me by a time trial bike , after all you can never have enough bikes .

it's horribly intense sometimes, especially if you go off a bit fast.

Hehehe, sounds ilke someones caught the bug welcome to the arms race, although you'll quickly realise that speed is 99% the person riding, and only 1% the bike
